Complete your employees immunization protection with onsite flu clinics at your workplace for this upcoming flu season. It's easy to set up and coordinate the clinic for your workplace.
A Service Co-ordinator will be available to help every step of the way.
Prioritizing flu immunization in the work place reduces:
• Risk of serious flu-related complications among employees and their families
• Risk of workplace and community spread
• Employee absenteeism and lost productivity due to flu
Every Employee receives:
• A confidential appointment with a registered nurse
• A seasonal influenza immunization (flu shot)
• A record of immunization
Information required to provide a quote:
Number of locations
Address of each location
Number of employees at each location (Please note there is a minimum clinic charge)
Estimation of participation (typically 25% - 50% of workforce)
Type of Vaccine?
Publicly subsidized vaccines are widely available in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Alberta only and expected to be available early November. Private vaccine is available in all provinces and expected to be available mid-October.
Having all of this information will allow us to provide you with an accurate quote. We are happy to quote both private and public if both are available in your province.
Steps to booking a clinic:
Once you have decided on the number of clinics and participation, we will send you a Service Agreement for you to review and sign.
There is a >15 business day term prior to your clinics when you can cancel or modify how many people you are expecting to attend, without financial penalty. At 15 days or less, cancellation fees apply.
You will be provided the option of a manual registration, or using Lifemark’s online registration system. Employees will sign up for an assigned 4 minute time slot.
Employees receive their Flu Immunization Program Consent Form ahead of time to complete and bring with them to their appointment.
A Service Coordinator will work with you to ensure all logistics and planning are in place for a successful clinic, including sending you all links, posters, timelines and documents needed.
Clinics adhere to all current provincial COVID-19 safety procedures and guidelines.
